End-user license agreement
The plain-language intent
- Your license. A paid seat licenses one person to use the app on up to two of their machines. The free tier licenses anyone for the free-tier features, forever.
- Your work is yours. Everything the pipeline produces from your inputs — meshes, textures, published assets — belongs entirely to you, on any tier including free and trial.
- Your other software is yours to license. The app drives tools you own; their licenses are between you and their vendors, and nothing here modifies them.
- Don’t redistribute or resell the app itself, and don’t work around license enforcement. (Reading, scripting, and extending your own install — e.g. custom modules — is expressly fine; that’s the product.)
- As-is, within reason. The app is provided without warranty; liability is capped at what you paid in the past 12 months. It is built to never destroy your source files — but keep backups, as with any tool that writes to disk.
- If a subscription lapses the app degrades to the free tier — it does not lock you out of the app or your files.
