Privacy policy

What the app sends, exhaustively

• License activation. Activating sends your serial and a salted SHA-256 fingerprint of your machine id — a one-way hash; we cannot recover the machine id from it, and it identifies a seat, not a person. Renewal checks send the same two values.
• Update checks. The app periodically fetches a static version file. No personal data rides along. Enterprise installs can point updates at an internal mirror or disable the check entirely via a machine policy file — with updates disabled the app makes no network calls at all outside license renewal.
• Bug reports — only when you press the button. Reports are redacted on your machine before sending: secret-looking values (API keys, tokens, passwords) are masked, absolute file paths are reduced to bare file names unless you opt to keep them, and your serial and license blob never leave. You can save the report as JSON and inspect exactly what would be sent.
• Your own API keys. If you configure a generation service (e.g. Meshy, Tripo), the app calls that service directly with your key, under that service’s own privacy terms. Sandbox mode — the default — calls nothing.

What this website collects

• Counts, not people. Page views, downloads, and pipe imports are recorded as bare counters. We do not retain IP addresses in metrics, set cookies, or use any third-party analytics.
• Shared pipes. Publishing a pipe stores the task list you chose to share, under a random id. The server strips machine-specific absolute paths from it no matter what the client sent. Pipes are public to anyone with the link; see the takedown process.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details; we receive what’s needed to issue and validate your license.

What we don’t do

• No accounts, no tracking identifiers, no ad or analytics SDKs — in the app or on this site.
• No uploading of your project files, meshes, or textures. Ever. The pipeline runs on your disk, in your tools.
