FAQ & support
So Much Pipeline is built and supported by one person. Here’s how to get help, and exactly what to expect.
Where to ask
- Discord — the community home is being set up; until the invite lands here, use email below.
- The 🐞 Report Bug button — in the app’s header. It’s the best bug channel because it can attach what a forum post can’t: the exact pipeline state and recent logs.
- Email — milkchip.jones@gmail.com for anything that doesn’t fit a public channel (licensing, invoices, security).
What the 🐞 report sends
Only what you approve, redacted before it leaves your machine: secret-looking values (API keys, tokens) are masked, and absolute file paths are reduced to bare file names unless you explicitly opt to keep them. Serial numbers never leave. You can save the report as JSON first and read every byte of what would be sent. The full posture is written down in the privacy policy — it’s short on purpose.
Response expectations, in writing
- Bug reports and support questions: a first response within 2 business days, usually much faster.
- A Core-tier app update breaking a driver is the top of the queue — that’s the support promise the subscription pays for.
- Include what the report button includes: what you were doing, which apps, and what the failing card said. The card already says what broke — paste it.
Common questions
Pricing, trials, file-safety, and the “is this AI?” question are answered on the pricing page; app support status lives in the compatibility matrix.
